How do I book a mobile massage? You can book by phone, email, or by using the enquiry form on the website. Once I receive your message, I’ll confirm availability and arrange a suitable time and location with you directly.
What areas do you cover? I’m based in Mill Hill and primarily cover North West London. I also travel to other areas across London depending on availability. For locations further away, a small travel surcharge may apply and will always be discussed in advance.
Is travel included in the price? Travel within the local area of Mill Hill and Mill Hill East is included in the treatment price. For longer distances, an additional travel fee may apply depending on location. This will be confirmed before your booking is secured.
What do I need to prepare for a home massage? All you need is a quiet space with enough room for a massage table. I recommend wearing comfortable clothing and ensuring the room is warm and relaxed. I’ll take care of the rest.
Do you bring your own equipment? Yes. I bring a professional massage table, fresh towels, and oils. Everything needed for your treatment is provided.
How does payment work? A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance can be paid on the day, either in cash or via Monzo. Full payment details will be provided when your booking is confirmed.
Do you offer packages or regular sessions? Yes, I offer massage packages which are ideal for regular clients. Packages can be tailored to suit your needs and goals — please get in touch to discuss the options available.
Are you fully qualified and insured? Yes. I am fully qualified as a massage therapist and hold appropriate professional insurance, allowing me to work both independently and within established clinics and spa environments.
How long does the appointment take including set-up? Please allow around 10 minutes before the session for set-up. This gives me time to prepare the space and allows you to get comfortable before the treatment begins.
What can I expect during my massage session? Your comfort and privacy are always a priority. Towels are used for appropriate draping throughout the session, and I will step out of the room if you need to change position. Treatments are carried out in a calm, respectful, and professional manner.
